Our standard reservation covers six guests. We charge 45 per guest with a maximum of 10 guests. The Wi-Fi Cottage is set back off the street, so you may drive right past it if you're not careful. ***Pets are allowed. A 25 per pet, per night fee will be charged. Please list pets on your reservation. The 50-gallon Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom is down for maintenance. The jets are not working, but this is a fully functional soaking tub. **Smoking** No smoking is allowed inside. If smoking is detected, a 500 fee will be charged. **Guest Registration Terms** Please fill out our 5-star experience form; ID verification and a deposit are required. Please complete guest registration before check-in to prevent a cancellation by the guest or Airbnb and to prevent the host's cancellation status from being affected on the platform. ★ REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN We prepared thoroughly before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please notify us immediately within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems happen during your stay, please get in touch with us immediately so we can fix it quickly. You may be held responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us immediately. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy.
