We are centrally located for exploring the Mahoning Valley—just 10 minutes to downtown Youngstown and 5 minutes to the "Green Oasis" of Boardman Park. Guests love that they can hop in the car and be at Mill Creek MetroParks (Lanterman's Mill is a must-see!) or eating at a local favorite on Route 224 in minutes.

Guests will have private access to the entire right-side unit of this side-by-side townhouse. Please make yourself at home! Parking Primary Spot: Please park in space #99, located directly in front of the garage on the right. Additional Parking: An extra parking space is available to the left of the garage. Please Note: The garage itself is not accessible to guests.

Kitchen & Dining Your modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table for four, or enjoy the bonus dining area located in the basement.

Pre-Arrival Process As a professionally managed property, we require three quick steps to be completed through our secure guest portal after you book: 1. ID Verification: A quick upload of your government-issued ID. 2. Security Deposit: A refundable $300 hold will be authorized on your card 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages. 3.
