We require a short-term agreement to be signed. ★★Laundry Services★★ We have a washer and a dryer in the basement. We do not provide laundry detergent. Guests have been known to leave detergent behind; however, we do not guarantee its presence. ★★PETS★★ All pets must be added to the reservation. A $25 per pet per night pet fee is included when you add pets to the reservation. If you have more than two pets, please let me know. Pets should not be left alone without being confined in a crate. ★★Smoking★★ No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside our property. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiting your deposit. We do provide "butt cans" located at the entrance. ★★REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN★★ We prepared thoroughly before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please let us know immediately, within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. You may be responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us right away. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount. By booking, you acknowledge that our policy supersedes and overrules the Airbnb policy. ★★Sensitive Plumbing★★ FLUSH ONLY TOILET PAPER and natural waste in the toilet.
