Guest Access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and property, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. The only exceptions are the locked housekeeping room in the basement and the garage, which are not available for guest use. Entry is seamless and secure via a private entrance on the back porch, equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry.

Pre-Arrival Process: As a professionally managed property, we require a few quick steps to be completed via a secure guest portal before your arrival: 1) ID Verification, 2) a refundable $300 security deposit authorization, and 3) a digital signature on our rental agreement. Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras monitor the grounds of the property. There are no cameras inside the home. Occupancy: Your reservation rate includes up to 6 guests. The home can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Each additional guest beyond 6 will incur a fee of $45 per person, per night. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use in the basement. Please bring your own laundry detergent. Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is included and available throughout the home. Reporting Issues: We have prepared the home carefully for your arrival. Should you notice any issues upon check-in, please report them within 24 hours. Please also report any malfunctions immediately so we can resolve them for you.
