If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please let us know immediately, within 24 hours after check-in. If any damage, malfunctions, or other problems occur during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. You may be responsible for any damage caused by malfunctioning equipment if you don't report it to us right away. Issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund or partial discount.
