Guests will have full and private access to the entire Station 3 unit. This includes all living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, and the private outdoor patio with its BBQ grill and dining furniture. Included with your stay: Private entrance Free covered parking for up to two vehicles Access to a Level 2 EV charger Please note: The laundry room is a pass-through space. On days when the adjacent unit has a checkout, our cleaning staff may need to access this room between 11 am and 3 pm. We will always provide a 24-hour notice, and you may lock the kitchen door to the laundry room for additional privacy.

Pre-Arrival Process: After booking, you will receive a secure link to our guest portal to complete three quick steps: government-issued ID verification, a digital signature on our rental agreement, and a refundable $300 security deposit. This is an authorization hold, not a charge, and is released after a damage-free checkout. Accessibility: The home is a single-level property, making it easily accessible. Should you require a wheelchair during your stay, one is available for a one-time fee of $25. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. Reporting Issues: We strive for a perfect stay. If you notice any issues upon arrival or if a malfunction occurs, please report it to us within 24 hours so we can resolve it for you quickly.
