Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-story home, including the private backyard with a BBQ grill. You will also have access to: An on-site laundry room with a free washer and dryer. An EV charger for your convenience. Please note: The laundry room is shared with an adjacent unit. Our cleaning staff may need to access it between 11 am and 3 pm on days when the other unit has a checkout. We will always provide at least 24-hour notice. For your privacy, a lock is available for the kitchen door that leads to the laundry area. Parking is free with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Upon request, exceptions can be made.

* **Pre-Arrival Requirements:** As a professionally managed property, we require a few simple steps to be completed before your arrival. After booking, you will receive a secure link to our guest portal to: 1. Verify your government-issued ID. 2. Authorize a refundable security deposit of $300. This is a temporary hold, not a charge, and is released within two days of checkout, provided there are no damages. 3. Sign a short digital rental agreement outlining our house rules. * **Reporting Issues:** We carefully prepare the home for your arrival. Should you notice any issues upon check-in, please let us know within 24 hours. If any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them for you promptly. * **Plumbing:** Please only flush toilet paper. Disposing of any other items (including 'flushable' wipes) can cause serious plumbing issues. A $300 fee will be charged if a plumber is required due to misuse. * **Laundry:** A washer and dryer are available for your use. We do not provide laundry detergent, though some may be left by previous guests. * **Accessibility:** This is a single-story home with no stairs and a walk-in shower.
