Dining: Grab a bite at Castaway Craig’s or enjoy a lakeside dinner at the Olde Dutch Mill. Nature: Explore the trails at the State Park or play a round at the top-rated Osprey Disc Golf Course nearby. It’s the ultimate spot to disconnect and enjoy the "Lake Life" while being just a short drive from modern conveniences.
Guest Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage and its wonderful outdoor amenities for a true lakefront experience. Private Entrance: Enjoy your own private entry to the cottage. Private Backyard: A grassy yard leads directly down to the water's edge. Private Dock: You are welcome to use the boat dock located to the left of the owner's pontoon boat. Kayaks: Two kayaks are available for your use down by the water. Life jackets are provided in the nearby chest for your safety. Fire Pit: A fire pit with chairs is located on the way to the docks. Feel free to use any wood stacked to the right of the chairs. Electric Grill: An electric grill is available on the back patio for your cookouts. Please note, the basement is locked and used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

Step back in time in our rustic, wood-paneled lakeside cottage, designed for comfort and relaxation. The space is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene water views. Living Room: Features a cozy couch, loveseat, and recliner, perfect for relaxing with a view of the lake. A Smart TV is available for you to log into your favorite streaming services. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a starter supply of dishwasher tabs. Bedrooms: The cottage includes two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and ample storage for your belongings. Storage: A large coat closet is available at the front door for your gear.
Other Details to Note
A few important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Pre-Arrival Process: After booking, you will receive a link to a secure guest portal to complete three simple steps: 1) ID Verification, 2) A digital signature on our rental agreement, and 3) A refundable security deposit authorization. Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is authorized (not charged) on your card two days before check-in. It is fully released within two days of checkout, provided no damage or rule violations occurred. Reporting Issues: Please inspect the cottage upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours. If any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them promptly. Lakeside Living: As a lakeside home, you may occasionally encounter spiders or other bugs, especially as seasons change. Our housekeepers work diligently to keep the cottage clean for your arrival. Laundry: Please note there is no washer or dryer in the cottage.
