Guest Registration: As we are professionally hosted, you will be required to complete a few steps after your reservation is confirmed. You will receive a link to our guest portal to complete ID verification, sign a short-term rental agreement, and arrange for the security deposit. Security Deposit: We require a $300 security deposit, collected two days before check-in. It will be returned two days after check-out, provided there is no damage, missing items, or need for excessive cleaning. Laundry Services: A washer and dryer are available for your use in the basement. We do not provide laundry detergent, though previous guests may have left some behind. Reporting Issues: We thoroughly prepare the home for your arrival, but if you notice any issues or pre-existing damage, please report it to us within 24 hours of check-in. Should any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them quickly.
