Make yourself right at home! You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom to relax in. To make settling in easy, I've cleared out some dedicated space just for you, including the left side of the bedroom closet and a handy shelf in the bathroom cabinet. If you plan to cook, you'll have plenty of room in the kitchen with two dedicated fridge shelves, a produce bin, and a pantry shelf. You're also more than welcome to hang out, eat, or relax in the shared living room, dining room, and out on the front porch!
Good to know
Guests will have access to an area in the fridge, a cabinet in the kitchen, and a shelf in the bathroom. Guests will have a place to store their clothing in their bedroom. Guests will have shampoo, conditioner, and towels. We also have a hairdryer and a first aid kit in the hallway.

A few important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Pre-Arrival Process: After booking, you will receive a link to a secure guest portal to complete three simple steps: 1) ID Verification, 2) A digital signature on our rental agreement, and 3) A refundable security deposit authorization. Security Deposit: A $150 refundable security deposit is authorized (not charged) on your card two days before check-in. It is fully released within two days of checkout, provided no damage or rule violations occurred. Reporting Issues: Please inspect the room and bathroom upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours. If any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
