The House Ewing is nestled in the quiet, established neighborhood of Ewing Road Estates, offering a peaceful residential vibe while putting you just minutes away from all the area's best attractions. You'll be just around the corner from Route 224, giving you incredibly quick access to a huge variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. For nature lovers, the beautiful Boardman Park is close by, offering scenic walking trails, recreational spaces, and year-round events. You are also a short drive from the stunning Mill Creek MetroParks, where you can explore historic Lanterman's Mill, lakes, and biking trails. With convenient access to I-680, getting around the Mahoning Valley is a breeze. If you're looking to explore downtown Youngstown, catch a concert at the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre, or visit Youngstown State University, you can easily get there in about 10–15 minutes.
Guest Access
You'll have the entire house to yourself: all three bedrooms, both full bathrooms and the half bath, the kitchen, dining room, living room, bonus room, and sunroom, the basement game room and laundry, and the full backyard, patio, and grill. Two spots are off-limits, both storage for our supplies: the storage closet in the basement, and the storage closet next to the second-floor bathroom. The garage is not available to guests. Please park in the driveway, which holds up to six cars. There is no street parking in this neighborhood.
Good to know
The Ewing House is a spacious three-bedroom home on a quiet, tree-lined street in Boardman, with room to spread out on all three levels. Every bedroom is a king. Three couples or a large family can each have their own space, and a queen air mattress is available if you need a spot for one more. The main floor has an updated kitchen with full-size stainless appliances and plenty of prep space, a dining room that seats six, a living room with comfortable seating and a big TV, a bonus room with a dedicated desk if you need to get some work done, and a bright enclosed sunroom that opens onto the patio and backyard. Downstairs is the game room with a full-size ping pong table, plus a laundry room with a washer, dryer, utility sink, and folding table. Outside there's a large private backyard with mature trees, a patio and grill, and a driveway that fits up to six cars. Two full bathrooms and a half bath, so nobody is waiting in line in the morning.
Other Details to Note
A few things worth knowing before you book: Exterior security cameras. There are outdoor cameras at all three exterior doors. They cover the doorways and driveway only, and they're there for everyone's security. There are no cameras, microphones, or recording devices of any kind inside the home. Stairs. This is a multi-level home. Stairs lead up to all three bedrooms and down to the game room and laundry. There is no bedroom or full bathroom on the main level, so the house may not be the right fit for guests who can't manage stairs. Guest registration. Every booking completes a quick registration before arrival: ID verification, a refundable $300 deposit hold, and a signed rental agreement. Your door code is issued once that's done, and it arrives the night before check-in. Heating and cooling. Please don't set the air conditioning below 68 in the summer. The full details are in the house manual, and we'll send them before you arrive. Quiet neighborhood. This is an established residential street with neighbors who have been good to us. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM.

You'll want a car for this trip. Boardman is a drive-first suburb, and while rideshare is available, it isn't always quick. Parking at the house is free and easy: the driveway holds up to six cars. There is no street parking, so please keep all vehicles in the driveway.
